- We do not remove old extension prior to a Full Set as it can affect adhesion process

- Infill is 3-4 weeks after the Full Set depending on your retention and lash cycle
- We do not Infill someones elses Full Set
- After 5 week Infill is considered as Full Set
- We use only the highest grade (Australias Standard) Silk and Faux Mink lashes and Glue 
- Excessive eye make up removal will incur $10
- if you are late for your appointment, to be fair to the next person, time will be deducted to your lashing time.
